Ray Parker is the Founder of the Educated Horsemen Association where it is their mission:

To educate the public about horses through programs designed to foster the development of equestrian skills where both experienced and novice riders can equally benefit and enjoy through the principles of kindness, responsibility and care for all animals.

In addition, the Educated Horsemen Association also offers a number of programs to teach and encourage healthy eating for children and adults through Urban gardening, marketing and selling their own vegetables.

Lastly, Ray is passionate about using horses as a tool to achieve the goal of providing an environment of extended academic learning, drug and violence prevention curricula, youth leadership activities, which incorporates relationship with parents, schools and community with measurable outcomes.
